The gang gathered for dinner at Musashi Japanese Restaurant in chinatown. The restaurant was in the midst of Friday night rush hour with more than a few people waiting for a table outside. Service was quick and polite but sometimes required further information-
"Water please- in a glass". Cocktails with fairytale names like Snow White and Blue Lagoon graced the drinks menu. The kara-age chicken was the winner with extra orders being made, as did the box sets which looked too good for the wong girls to resist. The birthday cake of chocolate truffle ended the dinner with lolly bags for all.
Drinks continued across the road at the chamberlain hotel despite their inital refusal to put on the footy. But the excitement was not over yet. What night out would be complete without a sweet hot chocolate at the bustling cafe hernandez? We offer Ash our congratulations for stopping traffic (literally) with his parked car.
